‘Chef of Delhi’ is back with a bang for its Season 2. For those unknown, Chef of Delhi is organized for home chefs, home bakers & ladies whose first love is cooking by passion. We help you to showcase your cooking skills on Delhi’s most popular cooking platform with various contests and masterclasses. It is an excellent opportunity to earn and learn from highly experienced chefs with extraordinary cooking skills. With successful Season 1 organized at ITC Welcome Hotel, Dwarka in 2020. We are back with an amazing offline contest and masterclass workshop at VIBE THE LALIT, Faridabad on 13th August 2022.

Cooking and Baking Competition
It is a competition for all to know their flavors very well and create the best fusion out of them. This competition is mainly focused on your cooking skills, knowledge of flavors, and the cuisine you choose. Here also we focus on the quality of the food and not the quantity. Choose your recipe smartly as you have to prepare the food from home and bring it for the first round
Bake the Cake Competition
All the bakers we are very much excited to share that this part of the competition is organized to recognize the baking talent in you whether its small bao or indo-western style cake. We will focus on the freshness of flavors, textures, and how refreshing it tastes. Give your best by focusing on the quality of the cakes, pastries, and all dishes made related to baking.
You can participate in only one of the competitions. So, at the time of registration select your category carefully for either of cooking and baking competition or Bake the Cake Competition.
Master Classes
This will be a great opportunity for all foodie enthusiasts to attend 3 master classes full of ideas under one roof. These master classes will be taken by celebrity chefs and corporate chefs. You can also interact directly with celebrity chefs and raise your queries too. All the Chefs carry a down-to-earth attitude with a pleasant sense of humor that makes your learning experience memorable.
Two live master classes are organized by our experienced chef and home baker starting the session at 1:30 pm. Our first masterclass will be taken by Chef Ajay Chopra followed by home baker Vidya Binoy Varghese.
Our beloved non-participants from the competition are welcome to attend a live masterclass. Timings for the masterclass would be 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm. Just register on the link given below
Round 1
For Cooking and Baking Contest
Round 1 will start at 9:30 am on 13August 2022, where you will have to prepare your dish in advance and bring it to the venue and you will be judged based on the dish prepared :-
Rules for Round 1:
You have to bring the necessary cutlery required for the dish, as you will not be provided with any type of cutlery and cold storage from organizers’ side.
We will provide you with enough space for plating your recipe.
OTG/ microwave will be available at the venue if required.
Choose your recipe wisely
For Cake Contest
Round 1 will start at 9:30 am on 13August 2022, where you will have to prepare your cake in advance and bring it to the venue and you will be judged based on the cake prepared :-
Rules for Round 1:
There is no theme for the cake contest.
There is a condition on Cake Weight (Max 2kg).
There is a condition on tier cake (Max 2 tier)
Round 1 will start at 9:30 am on 13th August 2022, where you will have to prepare your dish in advance and bring it to the venue and you will be judged based on the dish prepared.
Rules for Round 1:
- You have to bring the necessary cutlery required for the dish, as you will not be provided with any type of cutlery and cold storage from organizers’ side.
- We will provide you with enough space for plating your recipe.

- Choose your recipe wisely
Round 1 will start at 9:30 am on 13th August 2022, where you will have to prepare your cake in advance and bring it to the venue and you will be judged based on the cake prepared.

Note: The first round will be judged by professional and executive chefs who will select the top 15 participants (60% of the top 15 participants will be selected from the Cooking and Baking Competition and 40% will be selected from the Bake the cake competition).
The winner of 1 Round will be judged on the below factors
- Execution
- Selection of Ingredients
- Appearance
- Taste
Final Round
For Cooking and Baking Contest
The top 8 contestants will participate in Final Round, where they have to prepare a dish to live in the Master Kitchen in front of the judges with the available ingredients. Among those, the best chef will be chosen as a winner.
Rules for Round 1:
The topic will be given on the spot before the challenge starts
All the ingredients related to the recipe selected will be provided by us.
With the given supplies only, you have to cook in front of experts
No extra ingredients or cutlery will be provided to anyone
List of things to be provided on spot: Cooking utensils, Pantry, Cutlery, Ingredients.
For Cake Contest
The top 7 contestants will participate in final round, where they have to decorate and give finishing touch to cake to live in the Master Kitchen in front of the judges with the available ingredients. Among those, the best chef will be chosen as a winner.
Rules for Round 1:
The cake theme will be given on the spot before the challenge starts.
All the ingredients related to the cake selected will be provided by us.
With the given supplies only, you have to decorate the cake in front of experts
No extra ingredients or cutlery will be provided to anyone
List of things to be provided on spot: Baking utensils (Include cake turn table), Pantry, Cutlery, Ingredients (Fondant, Whipped Cream, Colours, etc), Base Sponge.
The winner of round 1 contestants will participate in Final Round, where they have to prepare a dish to live in the Master Kitchen in front of the judges with the available ingredients. Among those, the best chef will be chosen as a winner.
Rules for Final Round:
- The topic will be given on the spot before the challenge starts
- No extra ingredients or cutlery will be provided to anyone.
- With the given supplies only, you have to cook in front of experts
- List of things to be provided on spot:
– Cooking utensils
– Pantry
– Cutlery
– Ingredients

Note: Our esteem judges might ask you questions regarding your cake journey and you will be judged on various parameters like presentations, hygiene, creativity, etc.

- Arrangement and Presentation
- Taste
Guidlines for Competition
- Reporting Time for Audition is 08:30 AM to 09:30 AM, no entry is accepted after 09:30 AM.
- Your Home Made Recipe will be any 1 dish (3 Servings).
- A written copy of the recipe is compulsory to bring from home.
- Anyone from any state can participate.
- Bring a copy of any 1 ID Proof.
- No family member is allowed in the Audition Room.
- You are, not allowed to ask any kind of questions to our Respective Chefs at the time of Competition.
- If you are suffering from any kind of health problem, please do not participate in the program.
How to register?
- You have to fill out the Registration Form mentioned below and do the payment.
- For any One Category you will be participating in, the Amount will be Rs 999.
- Registration starts from 10.07.2022 and the Registration end date is 12.08.2022 after 12th Aug no registration will be accepted.

She has been conducting workshops in Thane, Mumbai, Kalyan, Dombivli, Kolhapur, Delhi, Surat, Pune, Ratnagiri, Ahmedabad, Goa, Bangalore and also internationally in UAE, Hong Kong, and Kenya.
